By location: the FAQ bars traders located in the United States, and the footer on every page bars residents of Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Yemen, plus the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions. FTUK, Funded Trading Plus, BrightFunded, FundedSquad, Maven Trading do accept traders in United States, but MetaTrader 4 and 5 are unavailable there, so you would trade on cTrader, Match Trader or DXtrade instead. That is a MetaQuotes restriction, not the firm refusing you.
