Countries restricted by Rise (reward provider): Afghanistan, Central African Republic, Congo (Brazzaville), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen. If your country appears on Rise’s restricted list, you cannot purchase, obtain funding, or receive rewards through Elite Trader Funding.

By location: the FAQ bars traders located in the United States, and the footer on every page bars residents of Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Venezuela and Yemen, plus the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
